Customer Service Administrator

An excellent opportunity to join a leading business who are based in the Hawes Area as they are recruiting for a Customer Service advisor to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties will include:
Answer inbound telephone calls which will consist of:
Sales Orders - which will need to be entered onto a bespoke computer system.
Order chases.
Product enquiries.
Process sales orders and create purchase orders
Deal with product queries and chases.
Arrange all necessary paperwork for export orders.
Process customer returns.
General office duties including post, filing etc.
