We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Si Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on answering incoming calls and assisting with customer inquiries, taking and processing inbound orders, and handling customer product queries and order follow-ups. You will also be responsible for monitoring the inbound email address and responding to customer queries, entering and processing export, glazing, and imprint orders, and processing returns and issuing credits. In addition, you will perform general office duties to support the team. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will also need to have attention to detail when processing orders and handling customer requests.
