**Administration Coordinator, hybrid role**

**16-month maternity cover to start ASAP**

**Salary: £26,000**

This is a varied and interesting role for a well-established reputable business based in Stevenage.

The successful applicant will enjoy a combination of home and office based work (2 days per week in the office), including on occasions travelling to another location based in Knebworth. It is therefore essential that you are a car owner/driver.

As an Administration Coordinator you will be instrumental in the planning and management of an internal team of staff.

It is essential that you have good PC skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, have great attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to work in a team or as an individual.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Dealing with staff rotas and schedules
- Producing staff memos including any updates from the business owners
- Updating the diary with contractors’ appointments
- Arranging cover for staff
- Scheduling staff overtime and keeping records updated.
- Assisting with the signing off annual leave and the completion of probation meetings
- Attending weekly meetings
- Completing updates on the computer files and housekeep regularly.
- Work on office projects when requested.
