The job:
Our reservations team provide customer care, assistance, and guidance to all of our guests, from the moment they book to the day they check in to our gorgeous properties. You will be tasked with providing these guests with a seamless experience that answers all their questions, helps them to book our apartments and makes sure they are happy with every step of their Stayo journey. This is a key role within one of the most important departments at Stayo.

Who you are:
You are a conscientious, caring, thoughtful and ambitious person who likes to provide a 5-star service to guests and get rewarded by their satisfaction with our properties. You like to solve problems, get stuck in and have a calm and collected demeanour to anyone who is struggling to solve their problems.

Hours of work:
Hours that need to be worked per week are 40 hours, spread over 5 days with there always being two consecutive days off thereafter. Each shift lasts for eight hours, and our start times are staggered with the first being 8.00am and the last 1.00pm (this includes weekends).

Weekend shifts can be performed from home, as well as there remaining some WFH flexibility as we move into the future.

More about the role:
As a Guest Relations Executive, you'll be the virtual face of our apartments, ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests from arrival to departure. Your primary responsibility is to foster a hospitable environment, anticipating and addressing guests' needs to guarantee their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
**Guest Assistance**: Address inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure a seamless stay.

**Relationship Building**: Foster positive relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and needs. Offer personalized services to enhance their experience and build loyalty.

**Problem Resolution**: Act as a liaison between guests and various departments to resolve issues efficiently. Empower the team to handle challenges and ensure guest satisfaction.

**Upselling and Promotions**: Promote hotel services, amenities, and promotions to guests, maximizing revenue opportunities while meeting their needs.

**Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of service delivery and uphold the hotel's brand reputation. Conduct follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction post-stay.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with various departments (housekeeping & maintenance (Operations, Reservations) to coordinate guest requests and ensure a smooth guest experience.

- A team player
- Someone who wants to grow with a company and experience what is like to work for a mature, successful and intelligent business
- Experience of dealing with customers, guests or tenants. Be this in property management, hospitality or customer services roles
- A calm thought process that likes to solve issues and advise guests in a cool, collected and reassuring manner
- A strong problem solver that takes reward in getting to the crux of an issue.
- Be very computer literate
- Want to have fun at work and be part of a big project
- Another language is preferable but not essential
