Private Patient Co-ordinator
Location: Pinehill Hospital, Hitchin
Hours: 20 hours per week, Part-time

Summary:
Pinehill Hospital is one of Hertfordshire’s leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatment. Situated in tranquil, wooded surroundings, Pinehill provides a peaceful environment to aid a speedy recovery.
The hospital's range of treatments and services include cosmetic surgery, hip replacements, knee replacement, varicose vein treatment, hernia surgery, physiotherapy, cataract surgery, gynaecology services, snoring treatment, and ear, nose and throat treatments.
The hospital invests in the latest advanced medical technology; the three fully equipped theatres with ultra clean air technology are suitable for carrying out a wide range of surgical procedures. The day unit is suitable for minor operations.
The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, driven and dedicated individual to join our private patient services team.
What you will bring:
- Strong customer service
- Ability to manage a portfolio of private patients from initial call to admission
- Sound computer skills using the MS Office
- Confident in engaging with a variety of people
- Articulate, with excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and in writing
- The highest standard of personal presentation
- Goal focussed and results driven
- Private healthcare experience desirable
