Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer-focused team? Our company is seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Call Centre Agent on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, interacting with them via inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service and support.
- A friendly and personable individual with a talent for putting customers at ease over the phone.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure and making sound decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to retain and record information accurately.
- Adept at asking probing questions to understand and diffuse tense situations.
- Excellent time management skills with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and make quick decisions.
- Adaptability and accountability in handling diverse customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to assist with placing orders, answering inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
- Process orders and payments efficiently and accurately.
- Manage customer complaints by actively listening to and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any outstanding issues.
- Make outbound calls as required to provide customers with necessary updates and information.
- Manage and update customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collect and report customer feedback to relevant departments to facilitate ongoing improvement
- Provide assistance and training to newer agents as necessary to ensure a consistently high level of customer service.

**Salary**: £22,043.66-£23,901.00 per year
