**Pay Rate**: £10.90 per hour

**Shifts available**:Joining a team covering a 24-hour care package. 12hr shifts; days shifts, waking nights (in hospital) transitioning to sleep overs once in own home. Full time staff required.

**Access to vehicle required**:Access to vehicle required due to geographical location of role

**Experience required**:Experience working with brain injury is essential.

** What you’ll do**

Our care assistants are extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting vulnerable people to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you’ll follow individual care plans and help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You’ll also assist with personal care and help clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support with their medication. You’ll be supported by a close-knit care team and accessible managers. While our mobile care app will reduce paperwork and help you to deliver high-quality care. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter.

**Qualifications**:** What you’ll need**

You’ll need to be caring and compassionate, and a good listener. Previous experience as a Support Worker with brain injury is essential. A current member of the PVG scheme and registered with SSSC, or be prepared to register, is also required.
