Insignis is hiring to expand its Not-for-Profit team to continue to deliver the highest level of customer service to those institutional clients that utilise Insignis’ technology. Insignis has already built a large portfolio of customers ranging from SMEs, Charities and FTSE 100 listed companies, supporting those customers with their servicing needs is paramount to the continued success of the team. The rapid growth of Insignis makes this a perfect position for someone focused on delivering a significant impact on the company’s growth and developing the role and their career, as the business evolves.

**Client Servicing**:This is a high impact position that contributes to Insignis’ overall growth and success by delivering the very best customer service through influence, relationship-building, and problem-solving. The role will involve understanding the needs of complex organisations, across multiple sectors, and making sure they are onboarded and looked after in a timely and efficient manner. Ultimately, the primary focus of the role will be to manage high-value clients that use the Insignis cash management platform.

This will involve:

- Onboarding clients onto our systems - supporting the sales team from the initial meeting through to the client’s first (of many) deposits onto the platform
- Negotiating bespoke products and rates on behalf of the client with the Insignis banking team
- Speaking to clients regularly about their accounts and spotting any opportunities for upselling
- Updating the CRM system with client data
- Articulate ideas and strategies to help generate new business for Insignis
- Attendance at networking events and conferences
- Being the main point of contact for new deals from your portfolio of prospective clients
- Keeping track of new products on offer, as well as emerging trends in the wider cash management and treasury market
- Providing research on new sectors/market and competitor intel
