ABL 1 Touch are a market leading vehicle repair business since 1994, working in partnership with insurance companies. ABL 1 Touch prides itself not only in the quality of its work but in providing excellent customer service.

As we continue to grow, ABL 1 Touch are looking to recruit **Vehicle Transporter **to join their Team based in Maidstone.

As a **Vehicle Transporter**, you will load each motor vehicle in accordance with our procedures, ensuring they are secured safely. You will drive an Engineering Car Transporter around our sites, collecting and delivering vehicles.

**Responsibilities of a Vehicle Transporter will include**:

- High levels of Health and Safety standards.
- Ensure that all the vehicles are loaded/unloaded and transported in a safe and secure manner.
- Co-ordinate the deliveries and communicate with site managers in a timely manner
- Conduct regular “walk-around” inspections to ensure regulation compliance.
- Vehicle Maintenance - this will be your duty to ensure that the vehicle is road worthy.
- Complete all job-related paperwork neatly and obtain signatures where required.

**Skills and experience required as a Vehicle Transporter**:

- C+E (Class 1) HGV drivers’ licence
- Due to Insurance requirements, applicants must be at least 30 years of age and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Drivers Tacho Card
- Drivers CPC Card
- Diligent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility.
- Good communication
- Great organisation skills
