My client in Lincoln is currently experiencing major changes to the business structure and are looking to capitalise on this and use it as an opportunity to expand the business, due to this I am currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their growing team through said expansion period.

Part of this role will be supporting the current Managing Director with the handover of the business prior to retirement, this will involve documentation of his process and developing procedures to ensure the handover is as smooth as possible. This responsibility is for a temporary period and is a fantastic opportunity to best prepare yourself by learning about the business from someone who knows It better than anyone else.
This is a role which offers a lot of flexibility, progression, variety, and all in all is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fantastic company.

Main roles and responsibilities:

- Documentation and development of procedures, working closely with the current Managing Director (this is temporary until May).
- All around accounts responsibilities such as purchase ledger, invoicing, VAT returns, bookkeeping, payroll etc.
- General accounts administrative duties.
- General administrative duties (filing, scanning, printing, data entry etc.)

Hours are 7:30-3:30 Mon - Thurs, until May (Full time hours are available)

Salary is negotiable depending on experience
