**Team/Role Overview**

The COO Business Execution Transformation organisation is responsible for effective oversight of large, global programmes addressing the Citi firm-wide Transformation to build a better bank. The COO ACT Transformation Execution Workforce Management Reporting & Analytics, SVP is a key member of the COO Business Execution Transformation team. This role will work directly with the central Workforce Planning function and the Lines of Business/Client Transformation groups and be instrumental in implementing and managing resource tracking methodologies and tools, developing and managing resource management operating models. This position will report to the ACT/Finance Business Execution Transformation Lead.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop and implement a resourcing tool and operating model to drive LOBs staffing assessments for risk and controls and data functions
- Drives the usage of common taxonomy, standards, procedures, and processes to maintain consistent reporting of staffing
- Oversee the LOB resource tagging processes including implementation of control processes
- Drives the connectivity between staffing assessments, capacity planning and financial planning for LOBs; Act as an intermediary between LOBs and central Workforce Planning/EWM and establish consistency across forecasting methodologies
- Participating in regular headcount forecasting activities, working with resourcing office team to prepare visuals, breakdowns and comparisons to enable decision making
- Supporting and responding to internal queries and challenge from functional partners and LOB stakeholders
- Analyse drivers of significant forecast misses to continuously improve forecasting

**What we’ll need from you**
- Experience in financial analysis or related field
- Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- Organised and self-directed; able to manage multiple tasks / activities concurrently. Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Adaptable and flexible; comfortable working under ambiguous, changing conditions
- Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage across teams. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Project Management experience a plus
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
