Events are an important part of With Intelligence. As well as offering a great experience, they also complement and contribute to our data offering.

The senior event marketing executive will foxus on developing and executing campaigns for a number of events and awards with the aim of inspiring prospects to attend and engage.Building great relationships with stakeholders across the business is key to delivering success.

To do this you’ll be working on great messaging and presentation, and work on the holistic marketing of our brand and data solutions to our event audience. Working closely with the sale team is also important to work together on hitting targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns for your events/awards
- Managing the planning process for each event, and collaborating and communicating with stakeholders to achieve success
- Designing a comprehensive marketing plan for each event, detailing all event campaign activity and registrations/entries tracking, presenting progress to key stakeholders as and when required
- Continually improving marketing assets, processes, and activities, and discussing and sharing with colleagues to refine best practice
- Matching messaging to audience to deliver great campaigns
- Accurate list selection to create the right audience for each event
- Identification of gaps in data and delivering on plans to add relevant new contacts and clean/maintain existing data
- Working closely with the delegate engagement team to make sure your messaging is correct and you’re to plan
- Brief-in and manage design requirements that are engaging, fresh and within brand guidelines
- Post-event research and evaluation and circulating a post event marketing report to key event stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a B2B events environment
- Knowledge and experience of the full marketing mix
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Experience of using databases and customer segmentation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong creative writing skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
