We are looking for a Leisure Receptionist to deliver a high standard of customer service to our members and guests.

Duties to include:

- Member interactions
- Taking bookings and payments for various activities and goods
- Membership enquires and tours
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Cash handling.

**The hours are 54.25 over a 6- week period based on the following rota**:
Week 1: Friday 4pm-7.30pm & Saturday 2.30pm -9pm
Week 2: Wednesday 3pm-10pm
Week 3: Tuesday 3pm-10pm & Saturday 2.30pm-9pm
Week 4: Saturday 2.30pm-9pm
Week 5:Thursday 3pm-10pm
Week 6:Friday 6.15am -3pm & Saturday 2.30pm-9pm

Additional hours will be available to cover holiday and sickness.

Must have previous customer service experience and be computer literate, previous reception experience would be preferred.
