We are looking for a Leisure Receptionist to deliver a high standard of customer service to our members and guests.

Duties to include:

- Member interactions
- Taking bookings and payments for various activities and goods
- Membership enquires and tours
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Cash handling.

The hours are 40.5 over a 6- week period based on the following rota:
Week 1 Wednesday 16.00-19.30

Week 2 Friday 16.00-19.30 & Saturday 14.30-21.00

Week 3 Wednesday 16.00-19.30

Week 4 Friday 16.00-19.30 & Saturday 14.30-21.00

Week 5 Friday 16.00-19.30

Week 6 Friday 16.00-19.30 & Saturday 14.30-21.00

Additional hours will be available to cover holiday and sickness and hours will vary during school holiday.

Must have previous customer service experience and be computer literate, previous reception experience would be preferred.
