**Role**:
The role of Programmes Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the provision of a professional, efficient administrative service supporting a wide range of teaching, learning and assessment activities from the point of student enrolment through to graduation. You may work with either our undergraduate, postgraduate taught, or postgraduate research programmes.

You will be a key source of expertise and advice within a larger Student and Academic Services team, who support each other on a daily basis. You will consider the student and academic experience at every stage, and work to ensure improvements are implemented to processes and systems. You will be required to work with colleagues across the University to ensure the service functions effectively, working in accordance with the University and Departmental policies and procedures. You will work across programmes, and cooperate closely with academic and other professional service colleagues to ensure the excellent and efficient running of our degrees.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with students and academics, making a difference and achieving results. You will be an excellent communicator, have great time management skills and be strong at developing relationships. You will also have a real eye for detail, a focus on continuous improvement and the drive to get things done.

**Skills, Experience & Qualification needed**:

- Coordinate the work of Programme Administrators to ensure the smooth administration of programmes and modules, from enrolment to graduation.
- Act as a source of expertise, advice, and guidance for staff and students, developing detailed knowledge of University and Department policies and processes.
- Create, manage, and maintain information systems pertaining to academic programmes and service related data, using the University’s IT and student record systems.
- A thorough understanding of customer service provision and administration within a busy service, in a large organisation.
- Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, including the use of a variety of digital tools
