In the first few weeks in this role you can expect to do some of the following:
- Training registrar focus: coordinates training activities for customers and/or employees.- Develop and update administrative systems and processes to make them more efficient.- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.- Prepare training material, such as instructional notes feedback forms, trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.- Helps keep the organization running smoothly by handling all administrative tasks. Coordinate general operations, serve as a point of contact for employees and customers alike, and ensure everything is on schedule to meet or exceed deadlines.- Provide administrative support to the team and ensure all daily procedures run smoothly.- Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up.- Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants.- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid.- Resolve administrative issues as they arise.- Submit reports on training activities and results.- Ensure customers, employees, and vendors follow established policies.

About you:
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational skills.- Attention to detail.- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator,- Administrator
- or similar role- Proficient in MS Office, experience with HCM (e.g., Workday), and productivity software desired.- Typical Education and Experience: High School Degree or equivalent. 3 - 5 years of related experience.
