Who we are:
Glennair was established in Norwich during 1980 as a family run business and has grown in the past decades to become a small to medium enterprise. We provide UK CAA, EASA and GCAA Part-147 Approved Maintenance Type Training Courses for Licensed Aircraft Engineers & Aviation Technicians. The company owes much of its success to being able to deliver approved maintenance training requirements for customers at their preferred location throughout the world.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a self-motived, team player to join our office team in Norwich to assist in supporting our training delivery. The Training Support will assist in the coordination and execution of training programs, maintaining compliance under National and International Civil Aviation requirements whilst developing and improving our internal processes.

Our current team come from a range of backgrounds. We offer specific training where needed. Prior knowledge of the industry is not required.

Duties to include:
Maintain accurate records of training personnel and courses delivered.

Assist in the creation of training materials, including presentations.

Coordinate training schedules and logistics.

Recording and management of online examinations, ensuring correct storage of files.

Analyse training data to identify areas for improvement.

Provide support to trainers and trainees during training sessions.

Assist with transition from paper based to electronic record keeping.

Assist Training Manager/Deputy Training Manager

Participation in Audits

Skills Required:
Proficient with Teams/365/Microsoft Office

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Work independently and follow instruction.

Maintain compliance and follow process + procedures.

Teamwork

Excellent verbal and Written communication skills

GCSE C or 4 (or above) in English and Maths

Experience with data entry and record keeping.

Own Transport

Training provided:
Formal Training in Part-147/66

Participate in aircraft specific training (Awareness of types covered)

Graphic design software

Progression

Development to management position, extension of current role.

Opportunity to Travel

Represent the Company at National and International Exhibitions
