**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANT (GSA) AT THAMES RIVIERA HOTEL**
- What you'll be doing..._

Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

As **Night GSA **you will oversee the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands-on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring standards are maintained.

As guests sleep sound in their beds, the Nights team keep everything running like clockwork. Your role as Night GSA will involve taking responsibility for administration including the night audit,security walks, you will welcome guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring that the public areas are kept immaculate

To succeed in the role of Nights GSA, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Keen to work night shifts
- Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred
