Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions
- Prepare reports summarizing hotel activities and financial data
- Assist with maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer service role is preferred
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus, as we cater to diverse guests
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £12.00 per hour
