We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor.

As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform front desk duties, including checkin and checkout procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions
  • Prepare reports summarizing hotel activities and financial data
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer service role is preferred
  • Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus, as we cater to diverse guests
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems
