Elite Exhibitions are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail orientated Marketing Assistant to join our team. Working across our portfolio of events and membership platform, the Marketing Assistant will help support and execute campaigns via multiple channels.

This role is an integral part of our team, and you will be encouraged to take full ownership of all your responsibilities with the goal to grow these over your first year in the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the briefing and production of marketing materials
- Monitor our online presence and update listings and directories
- Managing and monitoring shared inboxes and live chats that include enquiries from exhibitors and visitors
- Work closely with all members of the Marketing Team to ensure they have the support they need

**Requirements**:

- Excellent copywriting skills
- Understanding of how to use LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook effectively
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be able to adapt and adjust to an ever-changing environment
- Be able to work unsupervised at times and use your own initiative to prioritise tasks

**Nice to haves**:

- Previous event experience - supporting or marketing either online or in person events
- Previous marketing experience - self-taught or internships
- Previous use of HubSpot or similar marketing software/platform
- Experience with WordPress

This is a full-time position and perfect for anyone looking to start their career in Marketing. You will be encouraged to train on the job, learn from the team around you, expand your knowledge, and grow into the role.
