A permanent, full time Accounts Receivable Officer role working within Public Sector. The role offers hybrid working and is paying between £25,000 - £36,000 depending on experience.

**Client Details**

Our client works closely with a number of areas of the NHS in a collaborative and engaged way. Their aim is support the NHS whilst it goes through fundamental changes by getting involved with policy updates and strategic plans. They work with large numbersof communities by supporting care delivery and hope to shape the future of the care environment by providing value for money services to their partners.

**Description**

The key responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Officer's will include but may not be limited to;
- Process monthly billing to tenants timely and accurately
- Process manual billing as and when required and process recharge requests.
- Process monthly bookable space invoicing from Tenant Access Portal (TAP)
- Monthly review of cash collected and calculation of additional credit notes to be raised to CCG's to reduce the bookable debt;
- Monthly tenant statements;
- Monthly tenant chasing and reporting;
- Support Finance Managers with detailed debt analysis;
- Produces aged debt report weekly (or as required) and for month end;
- Product quarterly DoH report;
- Aged debt breakdown for GP's split R/NR/Direct - monthly report;
- Production of multiple bookable debt reports each month for the North & Midlands regions and ad-hoc requests from others.

**Profile**
- Proven track record in accounting and finance as a ledger clerk.
- Competent excel user (Pivot tables, v-lookups etc..).
- Evidence of on-going continuous professional development.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.

**Job Offer**
- A permanent, full time Accounts Receivable Officer role;
- Offering up to £30,000 per annum;
- Hybrid working, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
