**Residential Recruitment are currently seeking qualified staff for a residential children's home in need of a Senior Residential Support Worker. This role is to work in a home for children and young people who have been removed from their family home due to neglect. This home is fairly new but has already a full staff team.**

This particular role is working with a brilliant company with an outstanding reputation within the childcare sector. This company have a fantastic reputation for offering staff a development program to work their way into upper management and have an excellent track record for the care of young people within their homes to make a positive impact in their lives.

A successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a previous track record of positive outcomes for the young people you’ve previously worked with, in addition to demonstrating a continued constructive level of support to colleagues and others around you to help get the best out of the team at all times. Being able to work from initiative is important to showing strong leadership in a Senior role.

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 3 Residential Childcare (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
