This role is based in Longton, Preston, and involves working in a residential setting supporting children and young people with emotional behavioral difficulties and challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a safe and caring environment for the young people in your care.
- Implement individual care plans as directed by the Registered Manager and ensure that care and support are provided and maintained.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to the young people.
- Enable the young people to participate in activities and events in the community.
- Support the young people to become independent, including managing finances and attending appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and report to your supervisor.
