**Post**: Administrator/Driver for Enhanced Access & Community Services

**Reports to**: Service Delivery Coordinator

**Hours **37 hour per week. This role will involve some evening, weekend, and bank holiday working to support the operation of the service. Enhancements are included for weekends/Bank Holidays.

**Pay**: £10.30 per hour

**Role**
- The post holder will help support and work as part of a small team providing a full administrative service to ensure the smooth running of the Enhanced Access and further Community Services.

**The post holder will**:

- Deliver weekly medical supplies to each of our 9 locations around Blackpool/Fylde and Wyre.
- Book into the service using the EMIS system
- Liaise with a range of health care professionals both internal and external
- Record information on IT systems, spreadsheets, paper records
- Telephone answering, photocopying, scanning
- Inputting data onto the computer systems
- Creating EMIS clinics and help with reporting
- Help collate patient feedback
- Adhoc administration duties that are required
- Cover adhoc reception shifts at one of the 9 locations if required
- Will be flexible for the needs of the service
- Will be able to prioritise workload and deliver required reports in a timely manner.
- Adhere to policies and procedures of the company and keep up to date with any changes

- To ensure confidentiality on all matters relating to patients and information obtained during the course of employment and not to release such information to anyone other than those acting in an official capacity as instructed
- Maintain good relationships with other members of the staff team across all disciplines

- To attend staff meetings as required

**Other Criteria**
- **A full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum 2 years**:

- **Over 25 years of age for driving company vehicles**

This Job Description will be periodically reviewed in light of developing work requirements. The individual in post will be expected to contribute towards that revision.

The Service Delivery Coordinator may also ask for other duties to be carried out to the benefit of the organisation.

Where necessary relevant training in the operation of new or unfamiliar equipment, software or procedures will be provided or arranged.

The post holder will be expected to attend any necessary courses that provide relevant training.
