**The role**:

- Taking instructions from clients and processing amendments
- Selling new policies
- Dealing with policyholders’ general enquires
- Discussing and negotiating with our underwriters
- Processing premium payments
- Looking for opportunities to cross sell and introduce financial services

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Minimum of five GCSEs or equivalent) including Maths & English
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Process a “duty to intrude”
- Be numerate with ability to learn IT Systems
- Proactively seek solutions to help customers
- A can-do attitude to go the extra mile
- Be highly organised and make a real difference
- Take ownership and work to deadlines
