You'll be the link between us and our customers, making sure everything's running smoothly. From handling our key operational and underwriting processes to ensuring we offer a top-notch customer experience. Our business is nothing without you.
**All About You**:
- Been in a customer service/admin role before? Perfect
- Know a bit (or a lot) about the UK Insurance Industry? Awesome
- Experience with debt management or credit control? That's a bonus, but not a must.
- On your own, you can take a task and fly with it, using your initiative.
- You're a multitasking wizard, especially when things get lively.
- Adaptable? That's you, especially as we grow and evolve.
- GDPR and Data Security? You know why they matter and how they protect us and our customers.
**Day-to-Day Duties**:
- Asking our customers for info to validate their policy, and double-checking what they send back.
- Sometimes, you'll give our customers a ring to discuss their policies.
- Keep an eye on those with outstanding payments and reach out to them - we want them on board
- Double-checking our existing processes - are we missing something? Handling quotes, changes, and the occasional policy cancellation.
- Juggling other admin tasks that pop up. Chatting with our third-party pals and insurers when needed.
- Spotted a complaint? Escalate it according to our guidelines.
- Following the rules and staying on top of updates, especially those from the Financial Conduct Authority.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
