**Job Summary**
West End Garage are seeking an additional resource to assist in our busy dealership.
Are you naturally an upbeat and welcoming person that finds it easy to talk to people whilst remaining professional and delivering high levels of customer service. IF SO - You could be the very person we are looking for.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly and hardworking team, in a fast-paced organisation.
Your main duties will include:
- point of contact for customers visiting our showroom.
- telephone duties of inbound and outbound calling.
- liaising with other members of staff.
- administration of paperwork including: making bookings. invoicing. taking payments. filing.
- assisting sales, service and parts departments.
We can offer on-site, on the job training as well as off-site training that would be carried out at Kia's purpose built training facility in Derby.
Your working week will be Tuesday - Saturday 08:00 - 18:00 and 1 in 3 Mondays 08:00 - 18:00.
