This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an empathetic, organised individual to join our existing care management team to perform a wide variety of administrative tasks in a timely manner to support the smooth running of the office. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be flexible in your approach, and enjoy working in a highly paced environment.

Your role will include some of the following duties:

- To manage administrative functions of office activity on a daily basis, including; answering telephones in a clear and friendly manner, drafting and filling correspondence, taking messages, booking meetings, scanning and filing paperwork and archiving where necessary
To manage the the internal systems relating to service user / staff data, inputting and amending information as appropriate
- Auditing of client and staff files to ensure compliance with information stored and action any actions required
- Frequent use of Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- To participate in team meetings, performance reviews and take minutes and distribute as required
- Liaise efficiently with external professionals and complete referrals as appropriate (training can be provided)
- Must be passionate about providing a high quality service to customers and staff to ensure a positive end to end experience

**Qualifications**:

- Previous PA and / or office experience, preferably within a large and energetic environment or an organisation with a similar structure
- Someone who is calm and compassionate who isn't afraid to get stuck in when the office is busy
- Great customer communication skills
- Demonstrable IT skills; Word, Excel, Outlook
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Hardworking - prepared to go the extra mile
- Problem solving skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multi task and prioritise daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
