**Job Summary**:

- Implement care plans and support strategies tailored to each individual's needs
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for individuals to thrive
- Engage in activities that promote social interaction and personal development
- Monitor and report any changes in behavior or health status to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care

- Background in support work or related fields is a plus
