**The Role of the Customer Support role**
- Process requests for special products and variations in the automation sector.
- Support the sales team with administration so they can meet deadlines for sales growth.
- Assist the accounts team with invoice disputes and chase outstanding dept.
- Monitor price, delivery and order progress information on a regular basis.

**The Ideal Person for the Customer Support role**
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- English Language GCSE or equivalent qualification.
- Experience handling multiple projects with ability to prioritise, manage own time, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to clearly communicate information at high pressure situations.
