NOW Recruiting: Project Quality Assurance Agent

Consumer Energy Solutions is a leading provider of energy efficiency measures in domestic properties, specialising in transformative solutions such as insulation upgrades, Air Source Heat Pump-powered central heating systems, and Solar PV installations. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated **Project Quality Assurance Agent** to ensure the highest standards in the implementation of these energy-efficient measures.

**Key responsibilities**:
As part of our Make Your Home Better Team, you will be responsible for conducting on-site evaluations of completed properties, focusing on installation quality and compliance issues across various criteria. Document any defective work and communicate findings to the department for necessary improvements.

For this role, you will need to be willing to travel anywhere in Wales and South-West England and stay away on occasion (up to 3 nights per week).

**Required skill set**:

- In-depth understanding of retrofitting energy efficiency measures, including Heating & Heat Pump installations, Solar PV systems, and Installation upgrades (including Internal Wall Insulation).
- Background in Heating & Heat Pump installations.
- Ability to assess and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Meticulous inspection of completed installations to identify faults.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and customers.
- Ability to compile and deliver comprehensive electronic reports.
