**The Role**
We're looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Growth Marketer to join our awesome Marketing Team. You will spearhead the customer acquisition and go-to-market strategy for our newly launched Astrato brand that's already making waves in the Cloud Data world.
You will report directly to our CMO and work closely with other senior stakeholders and be tasked with amplifying the effectiveness of marketing programs, right in the middle of identifying and developing new campaigns to drive demand and engagement with the product.
**Your Background**
- You will have worked in early-stage B2B SaaS environments for at least 5 years, that sell into both Enterprise and SMB sectors. Having worked in the data world is beneficial, but not imperative.
- We don’t need corporate philosophies that slow innovation - you will have a steely growth mindset, think creatively, look for early signals, deliver at pace and act with conviction.
- You will be skilled at digital marketing around SEO and Paid. Taking the reins, working with our agencies to get maximum performance from our customer acquisition campaigns and grow the key metrics.
- You clearly demonstrate that value in partnering with other groups across the Marketing team and broader with the Sales and Product groups, building highly effective results-driven relationships.
- You know how to get off to a flying start with impeccable planning; targeting the right personas, supplying the right sales tools and building commercial frameworks that secure great, early returns.
- You have a solid understanding of field marketing, driving awareness and stimulating engagement by planning our attendance at the right industry and partner events.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Translate our product positioning and top-line messaging into effective GTM strategy and associated customer acquisition plans, executing across our direct and partner channels.
- Ensure our approach to SEO is both technically proficient and optimised to rank for the right keywords, working with the demand creation team to publish the right content.
- Oversee our Paid campaigns, working with our agencies to maximise their impact, build effective programs that deliver a high ratio of revenue to marketing investment.
- Champion Conversion Rate Optimisation across our web pages. Build out our App library to showcase the product and drive to higher levels of interaction and amplify ongoing usage.
- Continue to develop our key influencer and purchasing Personas, building on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to inform the structure/targeting of broader marketing programs.
- Plan and undertake product webinars, coordinating field marketing/event attendance to ensure we project the brand and showcase the excellence in our product lines.
- Ensure that Sales, Success and Partner teams have the necessary collateral and tools they need to engage effectively with new prospects and fuel cross/upsell opportunities.
- Contribute to our ‘Know Your Customer’ programs. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to schedule online surveys, in-person meetups and user group feedback.

- Skilled in the latest digital marketing techniques and rapid-analysis.
- Ability to ideate and create plans that deliver against team and wider company goals.
- Attention to detail, whilst focused on the wider outcomes.
- Analytically minded, can measure both quantitive and qualitative OKRs.
- Commercially astute, able to make a cogent business case for investment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to developing the next big thing.
- Confident communicator (speaking and written) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player, taking the initiative to lead and be accountable for results.
