We think you’d be an excellent…

first hire for our marketing team . You will play a critical role in developing and executing our marketing strategy. You’ll be data led and happy to experiment, as you optimise and bring new channels into our customer acquisition funnel, thinking about how we grow engagement and improve our CAC to LTV ratio.

Businesses using Tuza range from League 2 football clubs through to breweries, bookshops and ball pits. You get to tell their story too.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to shape the marketing function and collaborate closely with product, engineer and sales.

  • You have experience as a first marketer in an early stage start up, taking ownership and delivering on improving company metrics, either solo or delegating to freelancers as needed.

  • You’re a strong written and verbal communicator and demonstrate great presentation skills in written and spoken English.

  • You’re confident analysing data, developing budgets and tracking KPIs to maximise ROI on marketing initiatives.

  • You move fast, own decisions and get Sh*t done.

  • You build strong working relationships. We place empathetic communication, constructive feedback and a growth-mindset at the heart of our culture.

  • If you’re happy messing around in Figma, that’s a massive bonus.
