**Who We Are**: 121 Care Agency provides the highest standard of person-centred domiciliary home care, and supports individuals in and around our community.

**Who We Are Looking For**: Kind, caring, motivated and supportive people. You will be part of a family-run agency, offering our community a service to those in need of Home Care.

**Training & Qualifications**:No experience is required; we train you to offer the best service. Providing Home Care with compassion and social interaction is very rewarding, with the training you can offer an active role to give social/recreational/educational activities. A person may want to have a personal or social chat or help with developing a hobby.

**Communication**: You can be in touch with our management team while you remotely work. Updating feedback on the service user's well-being.

**Professional & Policy**: With training and insight, your communication, care plans and professionalism will help the relationship with your service users. Structure and guidance help give a foundation for your position.

**Admin**: While making sure quality of life is the priority, we ask that you record interactions using the specified systems and procedures. This helps the service user in the long run.

**Daily Routine**:A route covers roughly 14 visits seeing 7 service users, all close by in the same area. You will get to know everyone, and build relationships through regular interactions.
