About the Role

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our Cumbria Care team as Support Workers (Carers, Care Workers, Care Assistants) at The Gables Residential Care Home in Whitehaven.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to provide physical and emotional care to our residents, assisting with medication, personal care, and encouraging independence.

No experience or qualifications are required, as we provide fully paid training and development to support your growth.

Working with Us

Our Residential Care Service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with shifts covering 7am to 10pm (days) or 9.30pm to 7.30am (nights). You will work a set rota, including alternate weekends and Bank Holidays.
