- Your key objective will be to provide sales training & coaching to the Inside Sales teams to ensure our teams are continually working at an optimum level of performance and their training needs area being supported at all times.
- Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels across the sales organisation in the UK.

**General Objectives of the role**
- Assist UK Inside Sales in achieving their overall sales target
- Work with other success metrics to help new starters achieve their targets and pass probation
- Ensure all Inside Sales have the knowledge and skills to be successful in their role
- Deliver the training and support needs for every new change that impacts Inside Sales

**About You**

You may have recently been in either a training or coaching environment or have worked in sales and are now looking for a role allows you to harness talent and create outstanding sales executives who want to really beat their targets every month. Naturally you will have a love for all things sales and people as we know sales stem from great people.

**Key accountabilities**
- To support the setup of new starter inductions, along with ongoing training and development programs across all Sales channels.
- Manage the training itineraries, meeting room management, manager resource scheduling and other administrative tasks required for the Head of Sales Enablement and the wider sales leadership to effectively run inductions, onboarding and ongoing training.
- Coordinate training and coaching sessions for the sales teams
- Contribute to the design and development of training, coaching and support solutions to result in continuous improvement.
- Implement the responsibilities of working in an environment with regulated products
- Maintain and contribute to existing and new tools which enable sales people to increase their sales knowledge and improve their skills.
- Work effectively with other team members to help generate a supportive team culture.
- Display positive behaviours at all time that encourage and motivate other colleagues and promote a positive working environment.

**Skills and experience we’d like you to have**
- 2 years+ coaching, in a sales or contact centre environment would be advantageous
- Able to create training packs, whether classroom, virtual or eLearning along with support materials
- You may have inside sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving set goals and targets
- Be comfortable delivering presentations
- Understanding of training and coaching tools and techniques would be desirable
- Understand the requirements of working around regulated products would be desirable
- Willingness to research new techniques in enablement
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and time management ability
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and driven to complete actions within set timeframes
