**Field Service Engineer - South UK**

Due to our clients continued growth, an award-winning, market leading ISO 13485 certified medical equipment OEM to the Beauty and Aesthetic industries, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, customer focussed Field Service Engineer for North UK focusedrole.

This is an opportunity to become a specialist medical device engineer in a fast-growing company with a family oriented culture and values.

**The role**:

- This is a field based full time role, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
- As part of the dedicated team, you will cover commissioning, servicing, and scheduled maintenance of our specialist equipment working with lasers, suction devices, scanning equipment and more on their bespoke portfolio.
- Ensuring all repairs and services on-site are carried out in a timely manner with the aim of a first-time resolution. If on-site, ensuring disruption for the customer is kept to a minimum and all equipment is left in a clean and safe state.
- To complete all required documentation for service visits and in-house based repairs and ensure it is scanned and filed correctly
- With this role you will be working a 40hr week Monday - Friday, covering the UK, with a heavy South UK focus. Overnight stays are limited due to flexibility of schedule.
- Working over the 40hr week is also compensated for with 1.5x in overtime pay.

**Person Specification**:

- City & Guilds / HND or equivalent in an Electrical engineering discipline, or alternative engineering qualification combined with extensive experience will be considered in lieu of HNC/HND is preferred.
- Good electromechanical skills for commissioning, service and fault finding. A background in electrical controls and instrumentation useful.
- Able to work unsupervised and make informed decisions using excellent judgement.
- Exceptional customer interaction & support skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, to include working within the organization's quality policy and quality objectives.
- Valid driving license.
