**About This Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Radiopharmacy team, based in Keele, supporting our national network of 5 Radiopharmaceutical Production Units and the customers we serve.

Situated in the Keele University Science and Innovation Park, the site supplies radiopharmaceuticals to PET (Positron Emission Tomography) imaging centres across GB.

The role is permanent/fulltime and is 40 hours per week (covering Mon
- Sat).

The site has excellent transport links and free parking on site.

**Skills and Experience**:
As a successful applicant you should be able to demonstrate the following:

- GCSE including English and Mathematics.
- Customer service experience.
- Experienced in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Good keyboard skills.
- Good telephone manner.
- Effective communication skills; personable.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Excellent organisation skills, timekeeping, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team; proactive, flexible, and self-motivated.
- Flexible approach and must be able to support weekend and potential evening working.
- Science qualification or medical imaging background would be advantageous.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
General responsibilities of this role are:

- To proactively liaise between Alliance Medical Radiopharmacy manufacturing sites, couriers, and customers regarding product order status.
- Liaise with courier companies to coordinate deliveries and determine delivery times.
- Monitor consignments and provide delivery status updates to all customers through to receipt.
- Liaise with customers regarding future order requirements.
- Aid customers using the Product Order Fulfilment System (PrOFS), as needed.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain current and relevant contact information for all customers.
- To maintain records of communications, data and statistics which are consistent and error free.
- Support with the production scheduling for manufacturing sites, taking into consideration batch yield requirements for each site to ensure effective allocation of orders.
- Support with contingency supply planning.
- Assist with the introduction and set up of new customers into the AMR Quality and production systems.
- Maintain up to date records of customer regulatory documentation required for radiopharmaceutical supply.
- Assist Quality Team with complaint investigations ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Responsible for following agreed safety procedures to ensure safety of yourself and others.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Previous customer service experience would be advantageous.
- Good IT skills - experienced in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills; personable.
- Excellent organisation skills.
