Invoice Administrator required for a temporary period.
- In this role you will be looking at invoices from multiple outlets and ensuring that the invoice information corresponds with the inventory.**Duties**:
- Dealing with large receivable invoices
- Cross reference with inventories
- Check for errors and inconsistencies
- Refer incorrect invoices back to origin
- Check invoice reports

Required skills:
- Excellent attention to detail is vital
- Methodical
- Previous experience of working with invoices would be advantageous
- Confident user of MS Excel

This role is admin intensive and will involve repetitive work that will require lots of concentration.This is a temporary role which requires an immediate start for 4-8 weeks work.
- Hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1730.
