Yeovil, United Kingdom Screwfix Full time

**Overview**

In this role, you will be supporting all Retail Divisional Directors through organising their diary activities allowing them to focus on key tasks and responsibilities. You will support prioritisation and on occasions need to make judgements to support the delivery of key activities, this will include diary management, scheduling of meetings, events and travel.

We believe that a hybrid, flexible working approach offers you - and your colleagues - the best of both worlds. Face-to-face collaboration is an integral part of our warm, friendly culture, so you’ll work from our head office three days a week, working flexibly around our core working hours of 10am-3pm. Beyond that, how, when and where you work is up to you. With a subsidised canteen, free parking and a comfortable, relaxed environment, we’ve worked hard to build an office you’ll want to work in. We also know that, when it comes to school pick-ups and home deliveries, it’s nice to have the flexibility to do both.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide full PA support to 4 Divisional Directors, working in an agile way to ensure that diaries are effectively managed, working proactively and collaboratively with Retail Directors to ensure alignment.
- Making decisions and recommendations on diary arrangements to optimise time management.
- To support the management of Divisional Director inboxes.
- Prepare materials, agendas and documentation for Divisional Directors’ meetings as well as attending to take notes.
- Supporting Divisional Directors with prioritisation of key tasks/actions to ensure deadlines are met.
- Organise and address internal and external correspondence, ensuring this is actioned in an appropriate way.
- Engage and collaborate with other PAs/colleagues responsible for Director diary management.
- Communicate with senior managers, other Board members or key stakeholders across Screwfix and Kingfisher where required.
- Schedule and manage internal and external events - including off site meetings, team building events and development days.
- Plan and coordinate all travel and accommodation requirements for Divisional Directors.
- Flexibility to attend off site meetings and occasional site visits.
- Manage invoices and receipts throughout the month in addition to collating and actioning Divisional Director expenses.
- Create and manage induction plans for new Area Managers.
- Manage annual leave for the Directors and their direct reports.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information.

**Required skills & experience**
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant role.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Outlook.
- Competent user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Confident communicator with the ability to work alongside senior leadership.

You do your best when you feel your best, so we’ve chosen benefits that truly matter and support your wellbeing.
