As a Personal Injury Claims Handler, you'll take full responsibility for each insurance claim you manage. Success in this role hinges on maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders to deliver top-notch customer service. You'll also engage in investigation, negotiation, assist in claim settlements, and facilitate communication with underwriters, solicitors, and third parties.

Given the diversity of our claims, exceptional empathetic skills, a neutral viewpoint, and the ability to remain composed under pressure are essential.

You will possess:

- Essential knowledge of motor and personal injury claims handling
- Advantageous familiarity with personal injury claims of £50k or more
- Excellent customer service skills within an office setting
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and effective workload prioritisation
- Capacity to meet monthly targets and demonstrate teamwork
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in IT
