**Ten Three Cleaning** are looking for a highly organised part time **Personal Assistant **to support the **Managing Director.**

**Position Summary**:
As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our **Managing Director**. Your role will involve managing their daily schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring seamless communication within the organisation. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of our business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Efficiently manage the Managing Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure all commitments are well-organised and communicated effectively.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and prepare for meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and documentation of minutes. Follow up on action items and deadlines to drive progress.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements.
- **Document Management**: Organise and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
- **Task Prioritization**: Assist in prioritizing tasks and projects to ensure the Managing Director's time is optimised for strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Personal Assistant **or varied experience in administrative work.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a high level of professionalism and tact.
- Proficient in using productivity tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and exercise good judgment in decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting the success of the **Managing Director **and the organisation.
