**Senior Product Manager - A wicked SAAS business in Manchester** (remote role - Brilliant modern team culture)

A wonderful maturing Tech business needs a good solid, experienced Product manager. You will need to have had 2 - 3 previous Product roles

And you will be joining a team of 5 - 1 Scrum Master, 1 Junior PM and 2 UX team members

The team is junior, and they need to add more experience and seniority to the team - hence us looking for you

This person will join a team that is evolving and who are on the agile product journey - definitely not the finished article but the team and the board are very engaged and receptive to the changes they need to implement

The client would like someone who wants to help them achieve this **START ASAP - Post notice - Ideally Jan 2023**
**Experience needed in**:

- User Research
- Agile Product Management
- Product Discovery
- User Testing
- Writing User Stories
- Must have worked in software before
- They can be from B2B or B2C - flexible on this

**The Role**:

- Work closely with the CPO to mature our product ways of working
- Ensure the engineering teams are always working on the highest value work
- Own the roadmap for our marketing product, including custom development and analytics development
- Work with our CX and sales teams to improve profit from custom and analytics development
- Lead stakeholder engagement for your product
- Build product outcomes for prioritisation, working collaboratively to validate what we should build next
- Define feature success metrics and measure whether we achieved the expected value
- Conduct customer and user research and testing with support from our team
- Break work down into smaller iterations, consider what we should and shouldn’t build.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria

**Requirements**:

- Must have a strong software product background, in either B2B or B2C
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience with Hypothesis testing
- Product discovery experience
- Looking for someone with Commercial experience, preferably has managed custom dev before
- Has been part of customer / user research with structured interview
- Has built product metrics before, for example with Pendo / Amplitude / Google analytics / mixpanel
- Strong presentation skills who can present in front of customers and partners
