**Inbound Sales Administrator - Sheffield - £23,000 - £25,000**

Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a growing company, who are actively seeking an experienced Administrator to support with their inbound sales team. They are looking for someone who is organised and proactive to join their fantastic team in Sheffield. The role would suit someone with sound experience in Administration, with excellent communication skills and positive can-do attitude.

**Inbound Sales Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Supporting with quotes for any inbound order enquires
- Place orders and advise on delivery timescales
- Managing and developing existing accounts
- Working closely with the external sales team to identify and target new accounts
- Work as part of an enthusiastic team in a fast-paced environment
- Always ensuring high levels of customer service are provided
- Provide excellent aftersales support

**Required skills & experience**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience of working in an administration role
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Packages
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Proactive working attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
