**Position Overview**: As a Hotel Reception staff & Concierge at In2Recruit Hospitality, you will be the face of the establishment, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and personalized assistance throughout their stay. Your commitment to excellence and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in elevating the overall guest experience. From managing the reception desk to offering personalized concierge services, your commitment to hospitality excellence will contribute to the success of our partner hotels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hotel Reception Staff**:

- Warmly welcoming guests and facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Handling reservations, and inquiries, and providing detailed information about hotel facilities.
- Coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate guest records and ensuring the confidentiality of guest information.
- **Concierge Staff**:

- **Concierge**:

- Assisting guests with travel arrangements, transportation, and itineraries.
- Providing recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
- Facilitating seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
- Providing information and assistance related to wellness amenities and services.
- **Bellman**:

- Greeting arriving guests and assisting them to the reception desk.
- **Luggage Porter**:

- Managing the efficient transportation of guests' luggage to and from their rooms.
- Providing assistance with guests' belongings and ensuring they are stored securely.
- Coordinating with other hotel staff to fulfil guest requests promptly.
- Maintaining a neat and organized luggage storage area.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in hotel reception and/or specific concierge roles is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and issues with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
