Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Leeds based manufacturing client to recruit an Office Administrator with good project management and account management experience. This is an office based, full time and permanent role.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with quotations and preparing new quotations
- Ensuring client projects are delivered on time via the manufacturing facility
- Working with the Operations and Manufacturing Manager
- Dealing with suppliers and ordering materials
- Ensuring the business systems are kept up to date on a daily basis
**You will need**:
- Good project management and account management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Good mathematical and numerical skills to product quotations
- Confident communication skills
- The ability to work to deadlines
