Starting Salary £10.90 per hour

This job can be home based, office based and a combination of both

As Business Support**, **you will provide administrative support to the team within the Service Line by:

- Developing networks, building and maintaining relationships, encouraging contribution and working with teams
- Provide efficient and customer focused first point of contact
- Support all STE Team Managers in the business line as required
- Being responsive to individual’s requests of support and prioritising time and tasks when required
- Ensure effective and accurate administration of referrals from point of referral
- Supporting Short Term Enablement (STE) Team Managers at STE team meetings and Adult and Community Services area meetings to record minutes and action points, and maintain working knowledge of active cases**Within the Community**
- Support at appointments and meetings
- Support to understand relationships and parenting roles
- Attendance at Community Groups
- Travel and Community Access
- Accessing and understanding universal services
- Exploring personal and local interests.

To be effective, you'll be thorough when following Health and Safety policies and procedures such as risk assessments and incident reports. You’ll also have basic IT experience and skills to record electronically.
