As a **Food and Beverage Assistant a**t Sodexo in **Woodbank Hotel in Aberdeen**, you will be responsible for providing 5-star service to our catering operations' customers. **What you’ll do**:

- Receive, order, deliver hospitality to the various meeting rooms across multiple areas.
- Manage stoke control.
- Provide support for the staff breakout areas and coffee machines.
- proactive response to consumer concerns and prompt resolution of any issues
- Set-up and breakdown events, ensuring equipment and supplies are accounted for.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues raised.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations (such as Food safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations).
