Job Introduction
As a **Food & Beverage** **Supervisor** at Sodexo in **Woodbank Hotel, Woodbank House, Aberdeen**, you will be responsible for overseeing all service aspects of our catering operations and will need to be an excellent leader who can motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will require excellent communication and organisational skills as well as strong attention to detail. **What you’ll do**:

- Knowledge of health & safety and food safety in a catering environment
- Maintain levels of quality, cleanliness, food safety and hygiene in line with company SEMS, Safeguard and local authority regulations i.e. EHO, HSE
- Oversee the service of all food & beverages within the hotel
- Work Duty Manager shifts as and when required
- Proactively seek to ensure that the highest standards are met at all times
- Complete food or drink preparation tasks as necessary to assist with food and drink service
- Be in attendance at core meal times ensuring that all customers receive the best possible service as well as providing an initial point of contact should there be any questions or complaints
- Ensure security is maintained and events are staffed appropriately and in accordance with licensing laws and Licensing Procedures

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience in a supervisor position
- Highly professional manner and understanding that honesty and ethics are essential
- Cheerful outlook and ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
- Computer literacy / Administration skills
- A willingness to learn

Package Description
- **40** hours per week
- **Working**: 5 shifts out of 7, varied shift pattern
- **£12.51** per hour
- Good public Transport link (Bus stop outside entrance, main drive)
